Submit all content to communication@ohrtzafon.net.

All flyers must be submitted in picture format such as .png (preferred) or .jpeg. PDF files must be submitted in picture format as well. If you do not know how to do this please contact communication@ohrtzafon.net ASAP for assistance.

If you have a submission but are unsure of whether you'll have the materials ready for the deadline please contact communication@ohrtzafon.net to possibly make alternate submission arrangements. This is a hard deadline, submissions after the 25th will not be included in the Newsletter.
